Raw materials and processing- The product is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified by the Shirley Institute, certificate number 5548
- All fabric and all accessories are bought by MASCOT directly from suppliers
Manufacturing- Sewn at MASCOT’s own factory in Vietnam
- Sewn in a SA8000-certified factory, which is proof of good, safe employee and working conditions
Transport and packaging- Transported from production to warehouse by transport partners who are ISO 14001-certified
- Transported in shipments that make maximum use of space
- Product packaging is made from waste from plastic production
- The order from MASCOT is packaged in packaging which is made from or contains recycled materials
Bearnylon® is water and stain resistant, extremely durable and is used primarily as an outer material in MASCOT’s winterwear. Bearnylon® gives products a long life and when combined with a lining, provides insulating properties.

Water-repellent. Pile lining in body. Lining of quilt in legs and sleeves. Fastening with two-way zip, storm flap and press studs. Chest pockets with flap and press studs. Elastic at the waist. Front pockets with storm flap. Access to trousers from both sides. Stretch fabric hidden in back. Back pockets with reinforcement, flap and hook and loop band fastening. Hammer loop. Reinforced ruler pocket. Inner pocket - one with zip and one with hook and loop band. Zip with storm flap on outerside of lower legs. Hook and loop band fastening at the foot. Zipped sleeve pocket. Pen pockets. Rib (hidden in storm flap) at cuffs. Supplement the product with a hood, 10539-620 (see MASCOT® COMPLETE).
